Traveling with Meds
Bring all your prescribed meds andassociated prescriptions to avoid problems with entry into other countries. Be sure to check to make sure if certain OTC meds are not legal in your destination. Sunburn Sucks
Bring enough of your favorite sunscreen. If you are not checking bags, keep the sizes under the 3 oz rule. You don’t want to run out and have to pay the higher resort prices. We found this 2 pack on Amazon.

Passports and Travel Docs
Consider putting some type of AirTag on your passport, you don’t want to lose this important item outside of the country. We even found a pineapple holder for an AirTag on your keys. This passport holder with AirTag compartment is the option we went with.

The Smell Good and Look Good
Maybe one of the most important parts of this particular vacation. All your favorite makeup, perfumes, and colognes. Sure the hotel or resort will have some, but it may not be to your liking, and if that special lotion is the one that makes you smell amazing and makes your confidence go high, it’s worth bringing it. If not checking bags, consider a smaller container for travel this this one.
Special Cloths and Outfits!
Going on a lifestyle vacation might mean being naked a lot, if that is your jam. Usually it means naked and changing into classy and special cloths a lot too. We typically pack by the day with a breakfast outfit, lunch (pool) attire, a nice dinner combo, theme night selections, and finally a sexy after party piece (lingerie or another barely there bikini). You go on a 6 day vacation and that suitcase can fill up very fast so make your space count and with a little planning in advance you will be the hottest swingers on the block.
You will find a mix of participants in terms of this topic but it is what works for us and it has become an enjoyable part of the trip. From shopping to fashion shows, the sexy comes out. How many times can a typical couple dress up like this, let alone if they have children. You have every right to let your freak flag fly.
Travel
Consider wearing something comfortable but sexy. The time it takes to get to your destinations might be long and if that is the case, you want to arrive looking good enough to be eaten even if you are ready to go to sleep. Sundresses or casual wear would be excellent choices.
For any of your online shopping, with enough lead time you can always order from Shein, it just takes a little longer to arrive so order early but you will save money.
Breakfast Outfits
Chill, relax, have fun, unwind. All things to consider when making these selections. Funny t-shirts, swinger merch, pineapple anything. Really the only requirement is you typically are going to have a little something on while you are around the food areas.
Lunch or Pool Attire
Wear as little or as much as you desire. You will see it all from the basic pool wear or loungewear to more high end and beautiful combinations. We always encourage to do what makes you feel sexy. At the end of the trip, those are the memories that will stand out, the feeling you have when you can walk around in that skimpy or tight outfit with all the confidence in the world. When you see your spouse turning heads and that smile that makes your heart melt. These vacations and trips mean so much to your relationship. Make the most of every minute.
Dinner
Dinner is an opportunity to match your spouse in a sexy and elegant attire. Maybe it is just a simple dress up as well. Maybe just one night of this plan and the others are casual. Each resort or party has their own rules on dinner attire so research and prepare.

Live free, do what you will with your selections. If dressing up and having a blast is up your ally. Do it! Let is all hang loose and don’t worry about anyone else. Don’t be afraid to step out of your comfort zone. Of course if costumes aren’t for you, don’t do it, it is almost never a requirement.

No matter where you go in your swinging lifestyle adventures, theme nights abound. Most love them and go all out, while others choose to enjoy the view. We recommend jumping in and finding the fun it can bring you on this amazing adventure. Even if your participation is minimal, it is appreciated and contributes to the atmosphere of fun. Three of the most common themed evenings are
1. Glow Night
Ideas: Any glowing lingerie outfit will always be fun, body paint, or glow accessories (glasses, vest, pasties, shoes, or belts).
Why Participate?: This theme can be super sexual with lots of lifestyle memories being made. Nothing like seeing nearly naked or fully naked bodies glowing in the blacklight.
2. Uniforms
Ideas: Couples may add flare by matching outfits. Dr/nurse, football player/cheerleader, or superhero couples are all options. Have fun and think outside of the box. There is no wrong way to go.

Ladies, heels are sexy and always appreciated, an understanding partner knows there are limits on how long you can wear them though. We will say, seeing a woman walk up to a jacuzzi in the glimmering accent lights of the evening lighting wearing an amazing thong and high heels does something to you. But so does seeing someone fall over in their heels, just a different emotion. So stay safe and be sexy!
There are many places you can shop or buy everything you want while you and your spouse imagine all the sexy times and play adventures ahead. At the end of this trip, the number 1 rule should be, the two of you are even closer now than ever before.
Other Reminders
Packing cubes make the packing easier and allows you to get unpacked and repacked quickly so you can get in and get to the pool on arrival.
Lube
This can be a topic within itself and one that we will follow up on but for now, know that you should bring the best. We highly recommend uberlube.
This stuff is great, slick, not sticky, and keeps all your important places lubed up for the fun. It’s unscented and tasteless, so no worries there. Amazingly it even works in water!
Squirt Blanket
If you are experienced in the lifestyle you probably have ran across that sexy squirter out there. Keep your room ready for rest and use a squirt blanket to keep the clean up process easy.
Toys
Well, of course you want to bring a sex toy or two. Some are better for travel and some not so much. The professionals don’t let the travel friendliness stop them. So bring your best for added fun!

Condoms
These are a definite need to pack if you plan to play. Condom options have grown steadily over the years so don’t think you have to use what you did in your early years of sexual discovery. Safe play in the lifestyle is highly recommended. Come prepared and know what brand fits you and is in your preference. Know that some may not be able to use latex so have multiple options. Do not forget that you need to prepare for both of you and that may mean different condom types. Pack plenty and don’t worry about running out. Dream big and as long as you are bringing some back home, that means you packed enough. One option that many enjoy is the Unique brand, which take some getting used to in putting them on l, as they are not your simple roll down variety. These are non latex and use a pull method, but in our journey we have found them to provide a feeling as close to nothing there as you can get. Worth a try but be warned they are not the cheapest, but the cheaper in price you will find some of the undesirable qualities associated with condoms.
