What will we see behind these doors? Am I going to see my coworkers or forbid a family member? Will everyone be naked and having sex right when we walk in? So many questions was running through my mind. I was holding Dante’s hand so tight trying to hold back the shaking from my nerves. He had to be wondering why I was squeezing his fingers so much they looked blue. We did so much preparation, research, and talking to each other about what if’s. No amount of knowledge was going to make this any easier or bring my nerves at ease. All day we did so much to make sure we was going to look the part and have fun. Shopping was fun, this sexy outfit is something I would never wear to Sunday dinner, I kept telling myself. “You don’t think this is too revealing?” I asked Dante maybe 50 times.
“Don’t let go of my hand”, I told him as the doors opened and we took those first steps in the club, fearing what was on the inside. We tried to be as incognito as the situation would allow, we were so scared everyone would find out we went to the swinger club! Our anonymity was the one thing we probably feared the most was going to be lost. But here we are walking into this haven of ecstasy. I heard the music thumping in the background and it calmed my nerves. I love to dance and I hoped it would relax me.
